New York City: Day 8 part 1; Brooklyn Bridge

Another beautiful day in Brooklyn, we woke up to an amazing sunrise over the city.
For our 8th day we decided to rent bikes from the Citibike kios and ride across the Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan! You can read more about Citibike here, on our 3rd day in NYC.

Arriving in Manhattan, our next destination was to explore the end of the subway via line 6, the City Hall Station which opened in 1904. Unfortunately, there wasn't much to see out the windows as we had hoped due to the lack of lights in the tunnels, but the empty subway cars were an eerily beautiful sight in itself.
And that ended our trip over and under Brooklyn Bridge. Day 8 part 2 ahead!
